Risotto Spinat
INGREDIENTS
Risotto rice, water, cheddar cheese, spinach, cream, onions, garlic, starch, salt, yeast extract (contains celery), extra virgin olive oil, spices (onion, tomato, garlic), pepper, diced chicken breast (chicken breast, water, salt, tapioca, dextrose), leaf spinach.

How to prepare
MICROWAVE — FROM THE FREEZER
1. Pierce a few holes in the film on top of the meal.
2. Heat the meal in the microwave at 600W for 6-7 minutes.
3. Open one corner of the meal and pour off the thawing liquid from the tray.
4. Add extra herbs or sauce if you like. Enjoy your meal!
MICROWAVE — FROM THE FRIDGE
1. Pierce a few holes in the film on top of the meal.
2. Heat the meal in the microwave at 600W for 3-4 minutes.
3. Open one corner of the meal and pour off any liquid from the tray.
4. Add extra herbs or sauce if you like. Enjoy your meal!
PAN
1. Take your frozen or defrosted meal out of the packaging.
2. Put the meal in the pan with a little butter, oil or Fuelyourbody cooking spray.
3. Heat the meal over medium-high heat for 8-15 minutes, depending on how far it has defrosted.
4. Cover the pan with a lid so the heat stays in.
5. Stir regularly so your meal does not catch.
6. Serve your meal onto your plate.
7. Add extra herbs or sauce if you like. Enjoy your meal!
OVEN
1. Take your frozen or defrosted meal out of the packaging. The packaging is oven-safe up to a maximum of 120 degrees Celsius. If you want to go hotter, we recommend using a suitable oven dish.
2. Put the meal in a suitable oven dish; use Fuelyourbody cooking spray to stop it sticking. Or use the original packaging — do mind the temperature.
3. Heat the meal at 120 degrees Celsius (original packaging) for 15-20 minutes. In a suitable oven dish at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes. Depending on how far the meal has defrosted.
4. Serve your meal onto your plate.
5. Add extra herbs or sauce if you like. Enjoy your meal!

If you order between Sunday and Thursday before 23:59, your parcel is at your door the next business day. Trunkrs delivers on weekdays between 17:00 and 22:00. Via track & trace you can follow the shipment live and pass on delivery instructions.
At checkout you choose a delivery date yourself. There is a small chance (around 3%) that a shipment is delayed. In that case your order stays safely frozen and is automatically delivered the next day.
