DESCRIPTION
A proper kapsalon: fries, chicken shawarma, melted cheese and a fresh layer of tomato and onion. Only this one has 39 grams of protein and 535 kcal, instead of the thousand you get at the takeaway.
The difference comes down to three things. The shawarma is chicken fillet, seasoned the way a good shop does it. The sauce is a light fritessaus: barely any oil, so the flavour stays and the fat does not. And at 330 grams this is a full tray, not a side plate.
Why this kapsalon
- 39.3 g protein per tray, at 535 kcal
- Chicken fillet in the shawarma, no offcuts
- Real cheese, not a processed slice
- Light fritessaus instead of the full-fat one
- 15 minutes in the air fryer, straight from the freezer — fries crisp again
When to reach for it

How to prepare
AIR FRYER — FROM THE FREEZER
A kapsalon lives or dies by its fries, and the microwave turns them soft. That is why this one goes in the air fryer: the fries crisp up again, the cheese melts over them and the chicken stays juicy.
1. Take the kapsalon out of its packaging and put it in your air fryer basket.
2. 15 minutes at 150 °C — straight from the freezer, no need to defrost.
3. Give the basket a shake halfway through so everything heats evenly.
4. Ready as soon as the cheese has melted. Enjoy your meal!

Storage
- Keep your meals in the freezer at -18 °C, best before the date on the label.
- You can heat them straight from the freezer — defrosting is not required.
- Rather defrost first (for crisp vegetables, for instance)? Do it in the fridge and allow around 12 hours.
- Once defrosted, keep the meal in the fridge (2-7 °C) for up to 2 days.
- Once defrosted: do not refreeze.
- Once heated: eat the same day.

“Schneller Versand” — Schneller Versand. Gut verpackt. Kompaktes Paket. Gutes Essen. Die Folie reißt nicht ordentlich nach dem erwärmen auf. Die Schärfe ist bei fast allen Menüs einen ticken zu viel. Teilweise waren die Spinatwurfel noch durchgefroren obwohl alles andere sehr heiß war.
