INGREDIENTS
Spelt flour, spelt flour, spelt flakes, sunflower seeds, sesame seed, apple, banana, low-fat quark (milk), raisins, nut mix (cashew nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pecan nuts, pistachio nuts), whole egg, whey protein concentrate (milk, sunflower lecithin), baking powder (raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, potato starch), cinnamon, salt.

How to prepare
Take the banana bread out of the freezer a day in advance and let it defrost at room temperature. Then enjoy straight away.
