DESCRIPTION
Chicken breast cubes/pieces natural (200 G)
* consume within 3 days of defrosting
Description:
Chicken breast is one of the healthiest meats on the market. Compared with other meats such as beef or pork, skinless chicken breast contains 25% less saturated fat, which means less unhealthy cholesterol. Chicken also has fewer calories and more protein. On top of being leaner than other meats, it carries plenty of healthy vitamins and minerals, iron and vitamin B6 among them. Chicken suits an enormous range of dishes, which is exactly why it is so popular among athletes.
Adults need between 100 and 125 grams of meat products a day. Since you will most likely eat some meat earlier in the day as well, 100 grams of chicken breast per evening meal is a sensible amount.
Preparation
- Marinate the chicken however you like it
- Heat butter or oil in a pan
- Fry the chicken until cooked through and golden, around 5 minutes
Building a meal around chicken
If you want to put together a healthy meal with our chicken, it helps to keep the general guideline in mind:
- 200 grams of potatoes
- 100 grams of meat
- 250 grams of vegetables
The potatoes are there as your carbohydrate source. Other good carbohydrate sources for a healthy meal are pasta or rice.

Frequently asked questions
From an order value of € 150 we ship for free. Below that we charge € 6,95 in shipping costs.
We pack your box in insulation material and add dry ice (-80 °C). That effectively turns the box into a mobile freezer, keeping your meals frozen for up to 48 hours after shipping.
If you order between Sunday and Thursday before 23:59, your parcel is at your door the next business day. Trunkrs delivers on weekdays between 17:00 and 22:00. Via track & trace you can follow the shipment live and pass on delivery instructions.
At checkout you choose a delivery date yourself. There is a small chance (around 3%) that a shipment is delayed. In that case your order stays safely frozen and is automatically delivered the next day.
No worries — if you're not home, Trunkrs stores your parcel in their freezer and automatically tries again the next business day.

“Schneller Versand” — Schneller Versand. Gut verpackt. Kompaktes Paket. Gutes Essen. Die Folie reißt nicht ordentlich nach dem erwärmen auf. Die Schärfe ist bei fast allen Menüs einen ticken zu viel. Teilweise waren die Spinatwurfel noch durchgefroren obwohl alles andere sehr heiß war.
